Labor Day Camping

For Labor Day weekend we went camping with James's brother Kevin, his wife Teri and their dogs Iddy and Jade. We went to a spot in Southern Utah near Panguitch up in the mountains. It was so beautiful and there was a little stream full of Brook Trout that ran through the camp. The weather was perfect during the day, but got pretty chilly at night. We were "roughing it" in our tents and sleeping bags. It makes you appreciate all the comforts we have at home.

Kevin did most of the cooking. James made his famous "Campers Stew" one night and it was a big hit. A friend of theirs, Randy, was also camping up there while hunting elk. The three guys did some fishing and Kevin cooked those up one night. They were so good!

During the day we all did some fishing, sleeping, reading, Scrabble and Yhatzee, and overall relaxing.
